What this site is

This site describes Ponk Ventures and lets you request a conversation. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, fund interest, token or other investment, and nothing on it is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Any investment Ponk Ventures makes is governed by its own separate agreements, not by this site.

No reliance

The content of this site may change without notice. It is provided as it stands, without any warranty that it is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose. Do not make decisions in reliance on it.

Scheduling a conversation

Booking a conversation reserves a time for an introductory discussion. It creates no obligation on Ponk Ventures to invest, to continue a discussion, or to keep any particular time. We may cancel or move a conversation, and you can cancel yours at any time through the link in your confirmation. Please book only times you intend to keep, and give accurate contact details so that we can reach you.

The form is for people who want to talk to us. Do not use it to send unsolicited marketing, to test or probe the service, or to submit information about other people without their permission.

Confidentiality

Information you share in the form or in a conversation is treated as described in our privacy notice. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, a conversation does not create a confidentiality agreement between us. Please do not send material you need to keep confidential until that agreement exists.

Ownership

The Ponk name, the Ponk wordmark and the content of this site belong to Ponk Ventures. You may read and link to the site. You may not copy its content or marks for your own use without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ponk Ventures is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, from reliance on anything on it, or from a conversation that was cancelled, moved, or did not take place.
